Michael Vartan (born November 27, 1968 in Boulogne-Billancourt ) is a French - American actor .

life and career

Vartans parents, one from Bulgaria originating Armenians and one from Poland native US citizen, divorced when he was five years old. At the age of 18 he moved to the United States so as not to have to do French military service, and attended drama school there.
