Michael Wenninger

Michael Wenninger (born November 27, 1969 in Wolfratshausen ) is a German actor .

Life

Michael Wenninger completed an acting degree in Munich . This was followed by engagements at the Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin, the Heidelberg City Theater , the Saarland State Theater in Saarbrücken and the Ruhr Festival in Recklinghausen . In 2004 he played the title role in Anton Chekhov's Platonov in a production by Uwe Eric Laufenberg at the Maxim Gorki Theater . At the Volkstheater in Vienna he was seen as Carlos in Goethe's tragedy Clavigo from the 2007/2008 season . In the 2012/2013 season he played Karenin in an adaptation of Leo Tolstoy's Anna Karenina .

Michael Wenninger also worked in various film and television productions . These included the ProSieben production Die Schläfer with Gesine Cukrowski , Michael Mendl and Axel Milberg . He appeared as an actor in many television series such as Um Himmels Willen , Der last Zeuge , SOKO Wismar , SOKO Leipzig , Da comes Kalle , Notruf Hafenkante , Ein Fall für Zwei and Flemming . In 2011 he was seen as State Secretary Neumann in the television film The Illegal Death from the Tatort television series .
