Milton Welsh (born Milton Welsch on February 3, 1969 in Kassel ) is a German theater and film actor and voice actor .

Life

Welsh is a graduate of Lee Strasberg's The Actors Studio in New York . He became known through various TV commercials, including ring tones with an oversized cockroach for the music channel MTV . He was also seen in a 2013 music video by the metalcore band Callejon in the cover song of the doctors' cry for love . Welsh was also on tour nationwide with the piece Caveman , which was produced by Esther Schweins . He performed there alongside Ingolf Lück , among others .

In 2007 he appeared in the D-MAX television series "The Checker" (Season 2, Episode 7, "The Stone Age Sled") and had the Checker get a car for him. From 2008 to 2009 (episodes 88 to 90) he played the role of a bar owner in the telenovela Anna und die Liebe . In 2010 (episodes 395 to 405) he played the role of Marcel Runge. After he died in series as Runge, he was seen again in a guest appearance in autumn 2010 (episode 504). In 2011 Welsh appeared in the German hip-hop comedy Blutzbrüdaz in the role of record store owner Fusco. He currently lives in Berlin .
