Mohammedia (prefecture)

Mohammedia ( Arabic عمالة المحمدية) is a prefecture in Morocco . It has belonged to the Casablanca-Settat region since the administrative reform of 2015 (before that to Grand Casablanca ) and is located on the Atlantic coast north of Casablanca . The prefecture has 322,286 inhabitants (2004).
