The Montana Magic were an American ice hockey franchise of the Central Hockey League from Billings , Montana .
history
The Montana Magic took on the 1983/84 season playing in the Central Hockey League , in which they were the new farm team of the St. Louis Blues from the National Hockey League . In the only season of its existence, the team reached fifth place in the regular season and thus missed the playoffs for the Adams Cup . The CHL was then dissolved and Montana Magic also ceased operations.
