The Tucson Mavericks were an American ice hockey franchise of the Central Hockey League based in Tucson , Arizona .

history

The Tucson Mavericks started playing in the Central Hockey League for the 1975/76 season . In the only season of their existence, the team reached sixth and thus last place in the regular season and thus missed the playoffs for the Adams Cup . The team then stopped playing.
