Until December 2006, Nørre Djurs Municipality was a Danish municipality on the Djursland peninsula in eastern Jutland in what was then the Århus Office . Since January 2007 it has been part of the newly formed Norddjurs municipality together with Grenaa Kommune , Rougsø Kommune and the eastern part of Sønderhald Kommune .
Nørre Djurs Municipality was created in the course of the administrative reform of 1970 and included the following Sogn :
- Ginnerup Sogn (rural community Ginnerup)
- Ørum Sogn (rural municipality Ørum)
- Fjellerup Sogn and Glesborg Sogn (rural municipality of Fjellerup-Glesborg )
- Gjerrild Sogn and Hemmed Sogn (rural community Gjerrild-Hemmed )
- Rimsø Sogn and Kastbjerg Sogn (rural municipality Rimsø-Kastbjerg )
- Karlby Sogn and Voldby Sogn (rural municipality Karlby-Voldby )
- Veggerslev Sogn and Villersø Sogn (rural municipality Veggerslev-Villersø )
