NGC 7369 is a spiral galaxy with an active nucleus of the Hubble-type Sc in the constellation Pegasus in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 303 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 120,000 ly. 
In the same area of the sky is the galaxy NGC 7363 .
The object was discovered on August 29, 1865 by Heinrich Louis d'Arrest .
