NGC 7391 is an elliptical galaxy from the Hubble type E1 in the constellation Aquarius on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 142 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 170,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by Wilhelm Herschel on October 1st, 1785 .
