NGC 7414 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Pegasus in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 454 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 50,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies NGC 7405 , NGC 7413 , NGC 7432 .
The object was discovered by Lewis Swift on September 2, 1886 .
