NGC 7427 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Pegasus in the northern sky . It is estimated 441 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 90,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies NGC 7430 and NGC 7451 .
The object was discovered on November 22, 1865 by Otto Wilhelm von Struve .
