NGC 7361 = IC 5237 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sc in the constellation Piscis Austrinus in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 57 million light years from the Milky Way and about 65,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by John Herschel on September 28, 1834 .
