As NUTS: NO or NUTS regions in Norway is called territorial organization in Norway , according to the European "Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics" ( NUTS ).

Basics

In Norway, the three NUTS and two LAU levels are covered as follows:

• NUTS 1: 1 - Norway
• NUTS-2: 7 Landsdeler (statistical parts of the country, not: traditional parts of the country )
• NUTS 3: 18 Fylker
• LAU-1: 89 Økonomiske regioner (economic regions )
• LAU-2: 422 municipalities
