The Kiebitzwiese nature reserve is located in the area of ​​the city of Fröndenberg / Ruhr in the Unna district in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The approximately 47 hectare area was placed under nature protection in 2001 under the code number UN-041 . It extends south of Neimen , a district of Fröndenberg / Ruhr, along the south flowing Ruhr . The state road L 673 runs north of the area and the B 7 runs south . On the opposite southern side of the Ruhr, in the Märkisches Kreis , extends the 31 hectare nature reserve Auf dem Stein (Menden) .
