    The teams outside Budapest determined the participants in the final round in Budapest in seven regional groups. Group winners were Bácska Szabadkai AC (group south), Pécsi AC (group Danube), Kassai AC (group north), Kolozsvári KASK (group east), Debreceni TE (group central Hungary), Tatabányai SC (group west) and Monori SE (group Pest -Country).
