Ocean Breeze Park is a city in Martin County in the US state of Florida with 355 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Ocean Breeze Park is located on the Indian River , part of the Intracoastal Waterway on Florida's east coast. The city is about 5 km north of Stuart and about 160 km north of Miami .
history
Born in 1908, Dorothy Geeben was the city's mayor from 2001 until her death in 2010. She was the oldest woman mayor in the United States, age 101.
Demographic data
According to the 2010 census, the then 355 inhabitants were distributed over 444 households, most of which are holiday homes used as second homes. The population density was 887.5 inh / km². 98.9% of the population described themselves as whites, 0.3% as African American and 0.3% as Indians . 0.3% said they belonged to several ethnic groups. 1.4% of the population were Hispanics or Latinos .
In 2010 children under 18 years of age and 66.7% of all households lived in 0.4% of all households with persons at least 65 years of age. 25.5% of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or one parent with offspring). The average household size was 1.33 people and the average family size was 2.03 people.
