history

Incorporations

On February 1, 1971, the previously independent community Easter village was incorporated into the community / Flecken Beverstedt. At the same time the community / Flecken Beverstedt became one of the nine member communities of the integrated community Beverstedt .

On November 1, 2011, the previously independent Beverstedt - with its districts Easter village and Wehldorf - became a place of the unified municipality Beverstedt.

The design of the municipal coat of arms of Easter village comes from the heraldist and coat of arms painter Albert de Badrihaye , who designed around 80 coats of arms in the district of Cuxhaven.
