The men's 400 meter run at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 22nd and 23rd at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

16 runners from eleven countries took part in the runs. The gold medal was won by Luguelín Santos after 44.56 s, silver went to Machel Cedenio with 44.70 s and the bronze medal was won by Kyle Clemons with 44.84 s.
