Parliamentary election in Hungary 1910
The parliamentary elections in Hungary in 1910 took place in Transleithanien from June 1 to 10, 1910 . The Hungarian Reichstag ( Hungarian Magyar Országgyűlés ) was newly occupied . It was the last election in the Kingdom of Hungary within the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy .
Electoral system
Unlike Cisleithania , the Austrian half, where in 1907 the universal and equal male suffrage was introduced, was in the Kingdom of Hungary and its crown lands , the class franchise . Privileges of class and property were much more decisive in Hungary than in Austria.
Election result
The result was a surprise victory for the National Labor Party, which won 256 of the 413 seats.
