Pasquale Giannattasio
Pasquale Giannattasio (born January 15, 1941 in Giffoni Valle Piana , † March 2, 2002 in Ostia ) was an Italian sprinter .
At the Olympic Games in 1964 he was seventh in the 4 x 100 meter relay.
In 1966 he reached the semi-finals at the European Indoor Games in Dortmund over 60 m and was eighth over 100 m at the European Athletics Championships in Budapest .
In 1967 he won the European Indoor Games in Prague over 50 m and won silver over 100 m at the Mediterranean Games .
At the European Indoor Games in 1968 in Madrid, he was eliminated over 50 m in the semi-finals.
From 1965 to 1967 he was Italian champion over 100 m three times in a row. He set his personal best over this distance of 10.2 s on October 15, 1967 in Mexico City .
