The 69th Tour of Poland took place from July 10th to July 16th, 2012. The stage race was held over seven stages and was part of the UCI WorldTour 2012 . Due to the clash with the 2012 Olympic Games in London, the race was brought forward by a month and took place at the same time as the Tour de France .

The 18 ProTeams were entitled to start . In addition, the organizer Lang Team gave seven wildcards to six Professional Continental Teams and a Polish national team.
