The 1928/29 season was the third edition of the Polish ice hockey championship. AZS Warszawa became champion for the third time in the club's history .

The six best teams in Poland qualified for the final tournament. The first place in the final tournament became champion. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
