The 1952/53 season was the 18th edition of the Polish ice hockey championship. Legia Warszawa became champions for the fourth time in the club's history .

mode

The championship was initially divided into four regional groups in the main round. The four group winners qualified for the final round. The first place in the final round became champions. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
