The 2002/03 season was the 68th season of the Polish Ice Hockey League , the highest Polish ice hockey division . Master was for the seventh time in the club's history Unia Oświęcim .

In the main round, the eight teams played a total of 42 games. The four best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a tie and defeat after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
