The 1951/52 season was the 17th edition of the Polish ice hockey championship. Legia Warsaw became champions for the third time in the club's history .

The four best teams in Poland qualified for the final round. The first place in the final round became champions. The remaining four teams competed in a placement round for fifth place. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a tie and zero points for a defeat.
