history
The village was probably laid out at the beginning of the 15th century. Prossinek or Malé Proseničky was first documented in writing in 1437. The owners of the estate changed frequently at first. In 1481 Wilhelm II von Pernstein acquired Prossinek and added the property to his rule Helfenstein . From 1517 the place was called Malé Prosenice , from 1676 Klein Prusenice , 1691 Parvo Pruszenicz , from 1751 Klein Prossenitz or Kleinprosenitz , 1771 Minus Prosenitium , 1847 Malá Prosenice and 1863 Parvo Prosenicium . The following landlords were from 1554 the lords of Ludanitz, from 1580 Peter Wok von Rosenberg and from 1592 the lords of Würben auf Freudenthal . At the beginning of the 17th century, Georg von Würben and Freudenthal moved the seat of power to his new Leipnik Palace . His property was confiscated after the battle of the White Mountain and sold to Cardinal Franz Seraph von Dietrichstein . The registers were kept in Přerov from 1629 , in Předmostí from 1661 and in Velké Prosenice from 1786 . The school location was Předmostí until the inauguration of the school in Velké Prosenice in 1787. The Kaiser Ferdinands-Nordbahn started traffic between Prerau and Leipnik on August 15, 1842, but the trains rolled past Malé Prosenice. Until the middle of the 19th century, Malé Prosenice always remained subservient to the Prince of Dietrichstein on Leipnik.
After the abolition of patrimonial formed Malé Prosenice / Small Prossenitz a municipality in the district administration Moravian Weisskirchen . In 1855 the community was assigned to the Leipnik district and again in 1868 to the Mährisch Weißkirchen district. The Bečva Reading Association was formed in 1870. In 1881 the Peasant Share Sugar Factory Malé Prosenice was founded. In 1891, a stopping point was set up in the open field on the cadastre of Malé Prosenice at the Emperor Ferdinand's Northern Railway, which was expanded into a train station in 1897. The sugar factory got a siding. The station settlement was built around the station. The Bečva was regulated between 1902 and 1907, and the numerous meanders were thrown off. Due to the abundance of brick clay, a mechanical ring kiln brickworks was built in Malé Prosenice in 1910. In 1911 a cooperative for the consumption of electrical energy was formed, the electricity supplied by the power station of the Peterka mill. On November 26, 1948, the municipalities of Velké Prosenice and Malé Prosenice were combined into one municipality of Prosenice . Malé Prosenice had 590 inhabitants at that time and was thus significantly larger than Velké Prosenice. In the course of the merger, the Malé Prosenice district was given the new name Proseničky . Proseničky has belonged to the Okres Přerov since 1949. In the 1950s, a large cowshed complex was built south of the village. In the 1960s, the Prosenice substation was built. Proseničky lost the status of a district in 1983. In 1986 the brickworks switched to the production of sauerkraut plates ; After the Velvet Revolution, this resulted in the company DCD-IDEAL sro Prosenice , which, along with the Cukrovar Prosenice, as , which is part of Hanácká potravinářská společnost, is one of the largest companies in the area , as well as a manufacturer of PET bottles and a logistics center. The station and the railway line were reconstructed as part of the 2nd railway corridor . Since the 1990s Proseničky and Prosenice have been linked by a single-family housing estate. In 1997 the village was hit by the Bečva flood of the century.
