history
Radwanicz was first mentioned in a document in 1374. The name of the place, laid out as a Rundling, is probably derived from its founder Radovan . Since Radvanice, like the surrounding towns of Lazníky , Plačkov, Buk , Sobíšky , Veselíčko , Proseničky and Prosenice, was a puhonz village , it is believed that it was founded in the 13th century. At the end of the 14th century the village was divided between two larger farms and several free farmers and půhončí . Since 1408 the place was called Radvanice . The village of Plačkov died out in the 15th century. Radvanice was later attached to the Vinary estate. In the appraisal of the Vinary table estate in 1579, eight subservient homesteads, six free puhonzen and one Kretscham were listed for Radvanice . At the end of the 16th century Radvanice was attached to the Veselíčko manor. After the Moravian estates at the Brno Landtag in 1595 and the subsequent Olomouc Landtag in 1596 revised their view of the benefits of the Puhonzen, the decision was made to sell the Puhonzenhöfe to subjection. In 1597 the Puhonzen were sold in the Olomouc district. In 1603 the sale of the Puhonzen was again the subject of negotiations in the state parliament. As a result, the state parliament in 1607 granted the remaining Puhonzen the status of Freihöfe. By the beginning of the 17th century the village grew to 25 properties. After the Thirty Years' War more than half of it was desolate. The place name Radwanitz has been traceable since 1676 . The registers have been kept in Osek nad Bečvou since 1693. In the 18th century Radvanice was attached to the Leipnik rule . In 1790 the place consisted of 30 properties. With the entry in the land registers of the Leipnik rule in 1792, the six Puhonzen lost their freedoms and were put on an equal footing with the other courts subject to Leipnik. In 1816 a bell tower was built. The Kaiser Ferdinands-Nordbahn started traffic between Prerau and Leipnik on August 15, 1842. Until the middle of the 19th century, the village remained subject to Prince Dietrichstein and the Leipnik rule.
After the abolition of patrimonial Radvanice / Radwanitz formed from 1850 a community in the district administration Mährisch Weißkirchen . In 1855 the community was assigned to the Leipnik district, from 1868 it belonged again to the Mährisch Weißkirchen district. In 1891, a stopping point on the Kaiser-Ferdinands-Nordbahn was set up in the open field in the cadastre of Malé Prosenice southeast of the village , which was expanded into a train station in 1897. In 1900 a lime kiln was built north-east of the village in the Skal corridor, and two years later the Na Skalách settlement was established at the crossroads near Vicínov. The voluntary fire brigade was founded in 1905. In 1906 school lessons began in house no. 3, before the children were taught in Velké Prosenice . In 1907 a new school building was built. In 1914 the village consisted of 62 houses. After the field path to the train station was expanded as a district road, the settlements of Kříby and Chabrov emerged on the southeastern outskirts. After the First World War was on the way from the chapel to Lazníky the local situation Nová ulice created. In 1949 the community was assigned to the Okres Přerov. On the evening of August 15, 1962, six people died in a storm in Radvanice. Seven young people, who had previously bathed in the extinguishing water pond, sought protection from a thunderstorm in the construction site of the pumping station of the cowshed. Four boys and two girls were killed when lightning struck the pumping station. The municipality of Radvanice was affiliated to the Local National Committee (MNV) Prosenice in 1976 and was completely incorporated into Prosenice in 1984. Since 1990 Radvanice has formed its own municipality again. From 2002 onwards, archaeological investigations were carried out south of the village and then the construction of the D 47 motorway began, which will become a section of the D 1 motorway after its completion .
