history

The area belonged to the property of Duke Břetislav I , who left it to the Přerov burgrave Smil for loyal services in the first half of the 11th century . From this the Olomouc bishop John IV acquired the goods in 1065. Lasniech was first mentioned in writing in 1131 in an inventory of the Olomouc bishop Heinrich Zdik . The next documentary evidence about Laznik came in 1355. In the 14th century, the village was split up into small parts between different Vladiken . From around 1360 the later counts Matuschka ( Matuškové ) were wealthy here (documented evidence from 1373 with Janko Matuška). Until 1371 the place was called Lesnik and Lesnyk and from 1412 as Lazníky . In addition to several courtyards, there have been two festivals since the 15th century, according to which Laznik Superior has been divided into two large parts, Dolní Lazníky and Horní Lazníky since 1437 . 1447 the place was Magna Laznik , from 1512 Vrchní Lazníky , 1568 Lasinky , 1576 Velké Lesníky , from 1578 Lesinky , from 1590 Velké Lesinky , from 1587 Velká Lesinka , 1616 Horní Lesiny , 1636 Velké Lazníky , 1638 Gross Lasinek , 1718 Gross Lažinky , from 1751 Gross Lastnik , from 1794 Grosslasnik , Gross Laznik , from 1835 Hrubý Lažník and from 1847 Hrubé Lasniky . In the 16th century the shares were successively attached to the Veselíčko rule . Among the owners was Erasmus von Bobolusk, from whom the Podstatzky von Prusinowitz acquired the rule in 1573 . Both festivals were extinguished at the beginning of the 17th century, which ended the distinction between Horní Lazníky and Dolní Lazníky. The lordship had a new manorial court built in Lazníky. The registers were kept in Penčice since 1706. After Maria Theresa introduced compulsory education in 1778, a school was established in Malý Lažnik , in which the children from Lazníky, Výkleky , Zakřov and Svrčov were also taught. Until the middle of the 19th century, the village remained subject to the Counts of Podstatzky-Liechtenstein on Veselíčko.

After the abolition of patrimonial Hrubé Lasniky / Groß Lasnik formed from 1850 a community in the district administration of Mährisch Weißkirchen . In 1855 the community was assigned to the Leipnik district, from 1868 it belonged again to the Mährisch Weißkirchen district. From 1872 the place was called Velké Lazníky . On October 26, 1920, the name was changed to Lazníky . In the course of the territorial reform of 1960 and the dissolution of the Okres Hranice Lazníky was assigned to the Okres Přerov on January 1, 1961 . In 1976 Výkleky and Lazníčky with Svrčov were connected to the Local National Committee Lazníky and in 1983 they were completely incorporated. Since 1990 Lazníčky and Výkleky have again formed their own parish; However, Svrčov remained as a district at Lazníky. At the end of 2008 the community had 515 inhabitants.
