In the 16th century the rule belonged to Erasmus von Bobolusk, from him they acquired the Podstatzky von Prusinowitz in 1573 . Other forms of name were Laznyk (1407), Laznik Minor (1446), Malé Lazníky (from 1480), Lazníčky (1539), Lazinky (1550), Malé Lesníky (from 1579), Malé Lasynky (1585), Malé Lažniky (1589), Klein Lasnik (from 1676), Klein Lazinky (1718), Malý Lažnik , Lasnik Parvum (1771), Lazinka (1772), Klein Lastnik (1798), Klein Lesnik (1846) and Parvo Lasnicium , Klein Laznik (1863). The registers were kept in Tršice since 1666 . After Queen Maria Theresa introduced compulsory education, a school was established in Malý Lažnik in 1778, in which the children from Lazníky, Výkleky, Zakřov and Svrčov were also taught. Until the middle of the 19th century, the village remained subject to the Counts of Podstatzky-Liechtenstein on Veselíčko.

After the abolition of patrimonial Malé Lazníky / Klein Lasnik formed with the district Svrčov from 1850 a municipality in the district administration Mährisch Weißkirchen . In 1855 the community was assigned to the Leipnik district, from 1868 it belonged again to the Mährisch Weißkirchen district. In 1881 the place was referred to as Malé Lazničky , but later again as Malé Lazníky . In 1885, 250 children attended the local school. On October 26, 1920, the name was changed to Lazníčky . In the course of the territorial reform of 1960 and the dissolution of the Okres Hranice Lazníčky was assigned to the Okres Přerov on January 1, 1961 . Since the school was closed in 1975, children have been educated in Velký Újezd , Tršice and Přerov . In 1976 Lazníčky was affiliated to the Local National Lazníky Committee and in 1983 was completely incorporated. Since 1990 Lazníčky has formed its own municipality again.
