The lords of Zierotin were among the many owners of the estate . In 1635 Johann von Rottal bought the village together with ten others and gave it to his rule Holešov . Five years later Lhotta Radkow was attached to the Bystřice manor . In 1763 the line of the Counts of Rottal died out in the male line; when the lordship Holešov-Bystřice was divided among the heirs, Lhotta Radkow was again subject to Bystřice. In 1788 the village was repared to Blazice . In 1789 the Counts della Rovere di Monte l'Abbate followed as the new owners. In 1804 Johann Nepomuk Count Wengerský acquired the rule. From 1827 the Bystřice estate belonged to Count Laudon. They had a palace built as a summer residence in Lhottskahof instead of the old manor house, which also served as a school for the local children. It was surrounded by a smaller park with a pond. Until the middle of the 19th century, Lhotta Radkow always remained submissive to Bystřice.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Lhota Radkov / Lhotta Radkow 1850 a municipality in the district administration Holleschau . The current place name Radkova Lhota has been in use since 1910. After the Okres Holešov was abolished, the municipality was assigned to the Okres Přerov in 1960. On July 1, 1983 Radkova Lhota was incorporated into Dřevohostice. Radkova Lhota has been independent again since November 24, 1990.
