history
After the Josephine reforms , on April 24, 1787 , the decision was made to subdivide the Radslavice manor belonging to the Olomouc chapter at Tršice Castle .
To the north-west of the village of Radlavice, 24 family posts were created. Eight of the settlers in the new village of Grimsthal came from Radslavice, the others from the surrounding villages. The Hloží mill and the Vrbovec ferry house were attached to Grimsthal. The remaining areas of the courtyard were assigned to the cadastre of Radslavice and Sušice and divided among the subjects. The former Radslawitzer pond was drained and turned into grazing land for the residents of Grimsthal. Until 1848 Grimsthal belonged to the Olomouc cathedral chapter and was subject to the Tršice rule.
After the abolition of patrimonial Grymov / Grimsthal formed from 1850 a district of the Radslavice municipality in the Kroměříž district. In 1880 it was assigned to the Přerov district. There was a ford and the Vrbovec ferry along the bend of the Bečva, which were replaced in 1881 by the construction of the bridge over the river to Proseničky. In 1882 Grymov gained its independence. In 1913 a connecting road from Grymov to the road from Radslavice to Prosenice was built, and in 1927 the connecting road via Grymov to Kozlovice was continued. After the fields of Grymov were regularly flooded by the floods of the Bečva and the great flood of 1880 caused great damage, river regulation was carried out between 1903 and 1905. The Grymover loop was thrown off. Between 1974 and 1990 the place was again incorporated into Radslavice. Grymov was also affected by the 1997 flood of the Bečva.
