Mamoré is a province in the northeastern part of the Beni department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia . It bears its name after the Río Mamoré , which forms the border with the neighboring province of Yacuma .

location

The province is one of eight provinces in the Beni department. It borders the province of Yacuma to the west, the province of Cercado to the south, the province of Iténez to the east , and the Republic of Brazil to the north .

The province extends approximately between 11 ° 52 'and 14 ° 04' south latitude and 64 ° 14 'and 65 ° 20' west longitude, its extension from west to east is 150 kilometers, from north to south 325 kilometers.
