geography

The wasteland lies on the Hühnerbächlein, a right tributary of the Sulzach , and on the Wörlesgraben, which flows 200 meters further east as a right tributary into the Hühnerbächlein. In the southwest the black horse forest borders, in the west the acorn garden. Approx. The Rappenbuck ( 468  m above sea level ) rises 0.75 km to the southeast . A community road leads to Labertswend to the district road AN 42 (0.3 km northeast) or to Hopfengarten (1.8 km southwest).

history

The Fraisch over Rappenhof was disputed between the Ansbach Oberamt Feuchtwangen and the Oberamt Dürrwangen in Oettingen- Spielberg . The court had the Obervogteiamt Dinkelsbühl of the Teutonic Order as landlord . Nothing in these conditions changed until the end of the Old Kingdom (1806). From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Feuchtwangen .

As a result of the community edict, Labertswend was assigned to the tax district and the rural community Dürrwangen in 1809 .
