geography

The wasteland forms a closed settlement with Haslach to the south . The place is on the Hofwiesbach, which flows a little further to the northeast as a right tributary into the Hühnerbächlein, which in turn is a right tributary of the Sulzach .

history

The Fraisch was disputed between the Ansbach Oberamt Wassertrüdingen and the Oberamt Dürrwangen in Oettingen- Spielberg . Towards the end of the 18th century there was a subject family who sat on the Hofgutlein. The landlord of the property was the Obervogteiamt Dinkelsbühl of the Teutonic Order . From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Wassertrüdingen .

As a result of the municipal edict, Dattelhof was assigned to the tax district Dürrwangen and the rural community of Halsbach in 1809 . With the second community edict (1818) this was changed to the newly formed rural community Haslach . On May 1, 1978, Dattelhof was incorporated into Dürrwangen as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
