Sébastien Charpentier (born March 26, 1973 in La Rochefoucauld , France ) is a French motorcycle racer .
biography
Sébastien Charpentier lives with his wife Cathy and their son in Vars , France. Séb (his nickname) competes in the World Supersport Championship , in which he made his debut in 1998. His first season in the World Championship did not go very well, he won a wet race, but in dry conditions he only scored once. In the following years he was able to increase steadily, even if only with small steps. In 2005 and 2006 , he secured the Supersport World Championship title. After a 2007 season marked by injuries, Charpentier ended his active career.
In 2010 he returned to the Supersport World Championship and rode a Triumph Daytona 675 in the ParkinGO Triumph BE1 team .
