San Bernardo is located in the province of Juanambú in Nariño at an altitude of 2100 meters 75 km from Pasto and has an average annual temperature of 18 ° C. The municipality is bordered by Belén and La Cruz in the north, El Tablón de Gómez in the east, Albán in the south and San Pedro de Cartago in the west .
