Santa Cruz is a municipality in the Philippines and the seat of the provincial government of the Laguna Province . It has 117,605 inhabitants (as of August 1, 2015). Unlike other communities in Laguna, Santa Cruz has no natural tourist attractions. Due to the development of Santa Cruz into an administrative, economic and service center, Santa Cruz is easy to reach by private-public transport ( jeepneys ) from the surrounding municipalities.
