Victoria is a Philippine municipality in the province of Laguna . It has 39,321 inhabitants (2015 census).

Victoria lies on the southeastern bank of Laguna de Bay , 90 km south of Manila and borders the municipalities of Calauan and Nagcarlan in the southeast and Pila in the northwest. The municipality has a land area of 22.83 km².
Victoria was a district of Pila until November 15, 1949, when Victoria and eight other districts were detached from Pila and formed an independent municipality. The name Victoria comes from the name of the President's daughter Elpidio Quirino .
Barangays
Victoria is politically divided into nine barangays . Two of them are urban, the others are rural.
