Siniloan is located on the plain between the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Laguna de Bay approximately 84 kilometers from Manila via the Manila East Road or the Marcos Highway or 113 kilometers from Manila via the South Luzon Expressway . Siniloam is an education, trade and transportation center for municipalities in the east of Laguna Province and the municipalities of neighboring Quezon and Rizal provinces .
