history

In the 14th century Loderham was owned by the Neudeck and Anzenkirchen taverns ; these are identical to the bars at Loderham. After the sale of Neudeck Castle in 1408 they still owned the castle in Loderham. Here they can be proven up to 1504 (Jörg Schenk von Loderham [1494], Georg Schenk zu Loderham [1500]). The family of the taverns must have been very rich, because they took part in the knight tournaments in Stuttgart (1436) and Landshut (1439). To such a tournament, a knight had to bring 100 sticks with 100 horses and make a corresponding effort. The last of this family was Georg Schenk von Loderham who in the service of Duke Albrecht IV. Of Bavaria 1502-1504 nurses in Ried im Innkreis was. After his death, Duke Albrecht V of Bavaria withdrew the fief and lent it to Wolfgang Rainer. This family remained in Loderham until 1663 (Sigmund Rainer zu Loderham [1510–1578], Joachim Rainer zu Laufenbach, Hackenbuch and Loderham [1593–1619], Hans Joachim Rainer zu Loderham, Hauzing and Laufenbach [1638–1640]). As early as 1522, Loderham was referred to as the Sitz und Hofmark , 1558 as the Sitz und Sedlhof , and again in 1560 as the Sitz und Hofmark .

Loderham came from the Rainer heirs to Joachim Weidinger, Passauischer Hof pfennigmeister . After his death, Loderham came to Jakob von Mayrau through the Weidinger's daughter. In 1723 the Mayraus Loderham was placed under sequestration because of the debts and sold to the von Croneck family. Maximilian Leopold Freiherr von Cronegk (* 1754) called himself Herr auf Loderham. In 1828 Loderham was sold to Joseph Schmutzer. Loderham was a 2nd class patrimonial court from 1821 to 1848 .

description

1597 is spoken of a wooden noblemen's seat in the village of Loderham . The former Hofmarkschloss was built in 1726/27. It is a hipped roof building with an architectural structure. The enclosure wall with an archway probably dates from the 19th century. The building has recently been extensively renovated and looks like it did when it was built; a stucco portal with a marble entrance pedestal lead into the building.

In the area of Loderham Castle, early modern underground finds and finds from its late medieval predecessor were made.
