Schreibkraft is an Austrian culture magazine that was launched in 1998 by the literary department of the Forum Stadtpark in Graz as a magazine for cultural features and has been published twice a year by the "edition Schreibkraft" in Graz since 1999 . The edition is given as 500.
Each issue deals with essays and columnar texts on a topic chosen by the four-person editorial team (Hermann Götz, Hannes Luxbacher, Andreas R. Peternell, Werner Schandor). The thematic section of each issue is supplemented by selected literary publications and a detailed review section, mainly on contemporary literature from small and micro publishers. The typist offers publishers who are underrepresented in the media a forum for reviews.
Already published 33 books (including 1 double issue) on the following topics: world end (1998), recurring (1999), disgusting (2000), wait, please (2001), real?
