The Segunda Divisão de Honra 1991/92 was the 2nd season of the second highest Portuguese football league . The season began on September 1, 1991 and ended on May 31, 1992.

The league was reduced by two clubs to 18 compared to the previous season. Five relegated from the Primeira Liga and three promoted from the IIª Divisão were added.
