The LigaPro 2017/18 was the 28th season of the second highest Portuguese football league . The season started on August 6, 2017 and ended on May 13, 2018.

The league was reduced to 20 teams. From the Primeira Liga , FC Arouca and Nacional Funchal were added. The four relegated teams from the LigaPro 2016/17 were replaced by UD Oliveirense and Real SC Massamá .
