The Liga Vitalis 2006/07 was the 17th season of the second highest Portuguese football league . The season began on August 27, 2006 and ended on May 20, 2007.

Unlike the previous year, the season was held with only 16 teams. Four relegated from the Primeira Liga and two promoted from the IIª Divisão were added.
