Cross-country skiing world cup 1974

The 1974 Cross-Country World Cup was a series of competitions organized by the FIS . The World Cup began on January 9, 1974 in Castelrotto and ended on March 9, 1974 in Oslo . The World Cup was held on a trial basis for the first time and thus unofficially. The athletes in places 1 to 20 received World Cup points (1st place = 26 points, 2nd place = 22 points, 3rd place = 19 points, 4th to 20th place, descending 17 points to 1 point). Not all placements were counted for the individual evaluation, there were deleted results. Ivar Formo won the overall ranking .
