Clubs, culture and sights

The Protestant Christ Chapel Soltendieck was built in 1973.

The stone oven, presumably built in 1770, was last used commercially in the 1960s and in 1973 it was saved from deterioration and restored. Once a year it is the focus of the Soltendiecker Steinbackofenfest.

In 1927, the sports club, which was mainly focused on football, was founded. Today the Soltendieck gymnastics and sports club has around 330 members, is registered as a non-profit association and offers an extensive sports program, especially for children and young people.
