Bahrain took three athletes to the 2008 Summer Paralympics in China's Beijing in part.

The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the athlete Ahmed Meshaima . He also achieved the best result of the Bahraini athletes with a fifth place in the javelin throw in the F37 / 38 class.
