Papua New Guinea took two athletes in any sport at the 2008 Summer Paralympics in China's Beijing in part, have been designated by the Paralympic Committee of Papua New Guinea.

The flag bearer when the team moved in was the runner Francis Kompaon . He won a silver medal in the 100 m (T46).
