Argentina took 45 athletes to the 2008 Summer Paralympics in China's Beijing in part.

The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the footballer Silvio Velo . The best result of the Argentine team was achieved by the athlete Sebastian Baldassarri with a third place in the discus throw in the F11 / 12 class.
