Poland was represented at the 2008 Summer Paralympics with around 85 participants.

The flag bearer when the team marched in was the athlete Krzysztof Smorszczewski .

The participants won gold 5 times, silver 12 times and bronze 13 times. The Polish table tennis player Natalia Partyka was, along with the South African Natalie du Toit , one of the two participants who had already started at the 2008 Summer Olympics .
